This depends entirely on your desires! A number of factors impact the quote that you will receive, such as type of lights, what all you would like to have decorated, color of lights, the size of crew needed for the job, and if any special tools are required for the job. While we can't give a fixed price for these services without first visiting your home, our team would love to discuss all of your available options for lighting.

You do not need your own lights ahead of time. In fact, our team generally does not install lights outside of the ones that we provide. This is because we source only top of the line commercial quality lights that are sure to make your house shine! We only provide professional quality service; to match this, we only provide professional quality lights!

We offer two primary lighting options: leasing or buying. For each house that we light, we custom build lights to fit your house like a glove! This being said, each option has it's advantages. Leasing offers the opportunity for those who rent their house to only have these custom built lights for as long as they are in the house! In addition, our lights are under full warranty with free service for every year that they are leased, making this a great option for homeowners as well. If there are any issues, just give us a call and we will send a technician out to fix or replace your lights! This option is our most popular option for these reasons, as well as the fact that you are not responsible for storage, we store the lights for you (at no extra charge) until next holiday season!

The other option is purchasing your lights from us. This option is more expensive and comes with a limited warranty for two years if we install and uninstall your lights,. We offer service and replacement to these lights within these two years for a small fee (varies based on what type of lights need work and how many need work). Beyond these two years, support is still available but the buyer is then going to pay higher rates. Don't want to store your own lights? No worries! Annual storage is still available to you, free for the first year and a small fee each following year!

Installation typically starts in November and is available before Christmas. Typically demand is higher after Thanksgiving, so depending on our current schedule we often provide discounts for opting for an earlier install date. We know everyone wants their house to look great before the holiday season really begins, so we offer timely install so you and your family can enjoy your lights for as long as possible. Just as your family loves to celebrate the holidays, so does ours! As such we reserve the week before and the week after Christmas to allow our employees to spend time with their family. While we are still available for support those weeks (excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day), install is no longer available and uninstall will not be available until January 2nd.

Depending on the job, install can take anywhere from a few hours to in extreme cases, a few days. When working with you on design we will discuss time frame for the job as well. Uninstall usually takes much less time than install, normally taking a maximum of a few hours.

While we have not been in the holiday lighting game as long as some of the other companies, our team has a background in production lighting and audio. Our team has designed, installed, programmed, and uninstalled lighting in large venues for events as large as 7,000 people. This experience has allowed us to become well versed in the exact lighting we will use to decorate your home, as well as become even more proficient in cable management, light placement, and other areas than even some of the larger companies are.
